Not News

Here are just a few news items that seem to have missed the headlines:

The National Republican party decided that they would not run a candidate or support primaries for the US Presidency. Costs too much. Better to spend their billions on elections to make Presidential veto proof legislative bodies.

Some Senate and Congressional members are proposing more income tax reductions. They point to the lower unemployment numbers confirming that lower taxes are working.

Compared to other potential Presidential candidates, to compete fairly, somewhat hair challenged Mike Huckabee plans to get hair supplementation.

Donald Trump was asked to provide proof that his hair is 100% organic.

  1. What's not to like?

If the Republicans (or the Democrats) get these veto proof majorities then we would get to see both parties in action and settle once and for all the question: is there a nickels worth of difference between them?

Of course, the net effect would be a parliamentary system much like Europe.

    Lot of yelling and sweating!
